The Audit Log is a record of important actions taken in your Stuut workspace. Each entry shows:
- Who took the action: a named teammate, a Stuut AI agent, an automated system action, or Stuut staff
- What changed, including the values before and after
- When it happened

Only admins. Other users don’t see the page. Your own customers never see it.

Admins can open Audit Log under Data in the left navigation.

The Audit Log currently covers:
- Cash application: payments created, applied or unapplied, posted or unposted, edited, and deleted; adjustments; remittances received; and bank statements and bank transactions uploaded, edited, or deleted
- Admin actions: cash application settings changes, data exports, and user deactivations
What do 'System' and 'Stuut' mean as the actor?
What do 'System' and 'Stuut' mean as the actor?
- System — an automated action, such as an automatic sync or auto-post
- Stuut — a member of the Stuut team, such as support or your FDE, acting in your workspace
- A Stuut AI agent — an action taken by one of Stuut’s agents
- Otherwise, the teammate’s name is shown

Filter by date range, by module, and by who acted (a specific person, or a type of actor). Click any entry to see the full detail, including before-and-after values and a recorded reason where there is one.
Can I export the Audit Log?
Can I export the Audit Log?
Yes. Export to CSV downloads the log with whatever filters you’ve applied. Scheduled exports aren’t available.
Can I see who changed a workflow?

Not yet. Workflow edits aren’t recorded in the Audit Log today. This is planned.
