Analytics

Track AR, collections, collector, and cash application performance, and see the impact Stuut is having.
Analytics has been rebuilt with three ready-made views:
  • Overview — a one-page report for the most recent completed month that brings together AR, outreach, collector, and customer metrics. It works well as a month-end read-out.
  • Monthly — six months of history.
  • Weekly — twelve weeks of history.
Compared with the previous dashboard, you’ll find more KPI cards with period-over-period changes, real historical trends, per-collector performance, and a customer-level collections table ranked by amount collected.
Stuut-attributed KPIs appear side by side with your totals. Use the Stuut Touched filter to compare customers and invoices Stuut worked (Touched) against those it didn’t (Untouched), across all three views.
Yes. You can filter by business unit and by customer, and the dashboard supports currencies other than USD.
Yes. You can drill into any chart, and you can export the data behind every table in the dashboard.
Scheduled exports from the previous dashboard are being moved to the new one. If a scheduled export you rely on isn’t arriving, contact your CSM.
If you use Cash Application, the dashboard includes cash app metrics such as the following. More cash app metrics are being added.
  • Auto Match Rate — how often Stuut matched the payment for you
  • Auto Post Rate — payments applied and posted with no human intervention
  • Auto Post Accuracy Rate — how often auto-posted payments stayed posted in Stuut, meaning they weren’t later unapproved or unposted
  • Payment counts and amounts, with a Stuut Touched filter
The Cash App overview page also shows Received vs. Applied per day and a 30-day total.
Stuut improved how it rebuilds historical AR balances. Some ERPs mark invoices as paid without sending the itemized payment details. Stuut previously kept counting those invoices as outstanding, which inflated DSO. Now, invoices your ERP reports as paid are counted as paid, so DSO is more accurate and in many cases lower.
Analytics is refreshed from Stuut’s analytics data, which can lag the live app by up to about 4 hours. Ask Stuut uses the same data, so Analytics and Ask Stuut always agree with each other.
