# Getting Started

> Everything you need for your first day in Stuut.

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="What is Stuut, and what does it do for me?">
    Stuut is an AI-powered Accounts Receivable (AR) automation platform. It handles your collections process — from proactive reminders before invoices are due through to payment follow-up — across email, SMS, and AI voice calls.

    Stuut connects to your ERP (SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics, Oracle, Sage, QuickBooks, PeopleSoft, etc.) and syncs invoice and customer data automatically.

    **Stuut does for you:**

    * Sends invoice reminders before and after the due date
    * Makes AI-powered phone calls to past-due customers
    * Logs call transcripts with sentiment analysis
    * Tracks promise-to-pay commitments and pauses outreach when one is acknowledged
    * Creates follow-up tasks when customers respond

    **You still own:** Strategic relationships, dispute resolution, key-account negotiation, and credit decisions.

    <Note>
      **Important**
      Stuut does NOT create invoices. It works with the invoices that already exist in your ERP. Always correct bad data at the source in your ERP first.

  <Accordion title="How do I log in?">
    Stuut uses your company's Single Sign-On (SSO) — there is no separate Stuut password.

    1. Open [dashboard.stuut.co](https://dashboard.stuut.co) in Chrome, Edge, or Firefox.
    2. Click **Sign In with Microsoft** or **Sign In with Google**.
    3. Authenticate with your company credentials. First-time login may show a consent screen — click Accept.

    <Warning>
      **Can't log in?**
      Your IT admin must first add you to the Stuut application in Azure / Microsoft 365 (or invite you via Google). If you see an error, clear your browser cache, try a fresh window, and confirm with your admin that you've been added.
    </Warning>

  <Accordion title="What's the difference between Member and Admin roles?">
    **Members** are day-to-day users — collectors, billing specialists, and finance staff. You review drafts, action tasks, manage customer accounts, and review call logs. You see only the customers and tasks assigned to you.

    **Admins** see everything across all users — full customer list, all tasks, and the Control Center for configuring workflows, the call agent, templates, and automation settings.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What does the Dashboard show me?">
    The Dashboard is your starting point each day. It has three key areas:

    * **Calendar View** — Payment promises due each day, with the total amount expected. Click a day to see customers and invoices involved.
    * **Task Overview** — Total open tasks, completion rate, and groupings by oldest task, type, or customer.
    * **Collections Snapshot** — YTD collections, amount collected through Stuut outreach, plus open invoices broken down by aging buckets (0–30, 31–60, 61–90, 90+ days).

    Members see only their own data; Admins see across the whole organization.
